Parts of this website are not fully accessible. For example:

• Some pages and document attachments may not be clearly written
• Some pages may have poor colour contrast
• Some heading elements may not be consistent
• Some images may not have good alternative text
• Some error messages may not be clearly associated with form controls
• Many older documents in PDF format may not be fully accessible
• Some links may be broken as the original articles, websites, documents, etc. may no longer be available.

Non accessible content

The content that is not accessible is outlined below with details of:

• Website has colour contrast issues throughout all pages and on tab names.
• Home Page has missing labels
• Link names are missing discernible text on all pages.
• Most Tabs have missing text alternatives, link names
• There are no transcripts for audio and video
• There are no captions for videos
• Not all pages can be read by a screen reader, nor can be navigated by a keyboard.

Some documents and content are exempt from the regulations (such as live video content and PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 if they’re not essential to providing our services), so we do not currently have any plans to make them accessible. But if you need to access information in one of these document types, you can contact us and ask for an alternative format.
